I don't understand why vaccinated people cannot cross the border?

Hope your right on car counts however, there are always a few that put on the wing, run 2 laps and pull in for the payout. Basically do not compete. A good field prevents some of that. Fans deserve a good show.

On the regular nights with low car counts - I would like to see the qualifying format changed. When everyone is qualified you only have a feature - the heats become hot laps.
