 As soon as his words left his lips, he instantly regrets his decision to approach the woman of amber and white. She instantly recoils from him into a defensive position, her head raises and her ears lay just above her neck as she spits out her words. His muscles begin to tense beneath his smoky and white hide as he raises his head and mimics her own body language. "I was mistaken," he snorts as he takes a step back and out of her striking distance - and yet even as he moves away the feeling of uneasy does not leave his gut. She towers over him and the longer he is in her presence, the more he believes that she enjoys the game - the game of making those around her feel small. I'll chase you if you don't leave. In any other situation he would of enjoyed the chase - if it was Roi or his sister Skogsra - but a chase from this agitated amber woman did not pique his interest. But in that moment, she turns from him and takes several paces away from him. As she puts distance between him, he is about to pivot and disappear into the shadows. But when she shrilly yells at him once more - a rebellious flame is lit inside of his chest - stubbornly he stares at her. "No," he says flatly as he raises his head defiantly on his thick neck "You are not my overlord nor my woman." He is son of the Bera Konung... and a warrior of the norðurland, he would not yield to the wrath of this woman. His muscles tense beneath his coat and his eyes narrow - ready for any consequences that his stubbornness would bring. Plus, it has been some good time since he has been in a scuffle with a stranger.
