Curved ears tangled against the mares golden mane as her blue globes search the horizon. The water dripped off her skin biting into the remaining warmth of her skin. Silently she desired nothing more than to curse the winter-cold of the islands. A deep sigh escaped her lungs as though searching and debating who was just alone and intriguing enough to draw her in for a closer inspection. Swiftly her orbs seemed to lock upon a dark stallion. Slipping into a lope the golden mare found herself drawing near to the male. Even she could tell he was no one to take by surprise, although she hadn't desired to either. She merely wished to take stock of him.
One ear perked forward as she studied the black stallion carefully, "Are you frightened someone will steal you away or do you simply favor the hills?" Whilst cautious the woman pressed closer into his space, crown high and her movements fluid and carefully placed to be as elegant as possible. "Where is it that you call home?" Her eyes searched his carefully. If she remained approachable perhaps she would gain someone to add to her ranks. He looked every bit of strong, as for experience, well she couldn't know from looks alone she supposed.
Enya was cautious, he still had a height advantage unless she chose to press into the hill he had claimed. A stray hoof would be difficult to dodge and she has new life within her she would fight relentlessly to protect. If nothing else in these moments he seemed balanced enough to be a stallion in her herd, although she wasn't quite ready to press him too far. She would bask in the shadow and in silence until he felt lead to speak to her.
