A soldier on my own,

I'm frozen to the bones, I am...

The Icelandic stallion eyes Wren as she speaks, there is a happiness in her voice and a brightness in her eyes. His brow furrows slightly as he watches her mannerisms, ane he can not shrug the feeling that something was slightly off. He mentally notes her peculiar behavior for someone who he hopes would be able to put the puzzle pieces together.

I’m hardly all alone now. Not with my new friends.

Björn's glacial eyes pass from Wren to Rafe, a breath passes before the badlands stallion speaks. Yes, the crossing is certainly a place that would lead to adventure, but it was not a place to mingle for long. Especially for Wren, and in this mental state. He knows Wren, and yet there is no recognition in her eyes. It is as if they had not even met all those years ago on the Ridge's shores.

"Yes, friends Wren," he says simply with a nod of his bone white skull "remember? that day in the Ridge? I met you on the sandy shores?" he asks his glacial blues intently staring into hers.

Rafe soon speaks up, as both of them try to get answers from her. Where is yours? Björn's gaze glues to her as he waits for her answer. If, she even could recall where her home was. His ears rotate atop his crown as he waits patiently for her to answer the question. And yet he could not fight the feeling that even she didn't know. That something had happened in his absence, robbing her off her memories of him. And if this was the case... What else had she forgot?

The painted stallion's gaze flickers to Rafe. He assumes that the badlands stallion was beginning to feel the same about the situation as he. That they certainly could not leave her here, alone. That she would need to be returned home, safely... wherever that may be.
