It hadn't been long since she had delivered the new mare home before she found herself making the arduous journey to the main isle once more. She was determined to at least secure one more to her herd this season. The winter, however, felt overwhelming and the sea soaked coat only pressed her mood to be more foul. It wasn't until the familiar tones of her stallion rang out that her attention was drawn. 'It's coming.' The bitter tones hissed from afar and her attention gathered by a bolting and bucking figure, barreling across the meadow. Paper thin nostrils flared quickly overwhelmed by the scent of pestilence or rather the physical manifestation of it.
Aquamarine orbs cast their gaze around her a hellish beast just on the horizon. Cursed ears laced tight beneath her golden mane, right hoof striking the earth harshly. A cry of warning and rage racked her bodice. Enya wasn't leaping to fling herself into the fray though as the beast grew closer, the woman's concern wavered to the golden stallion and the remaining horse. If they were unable to escape danger perhaps they could manage to force the beast into an early winter slumber. Her gaze cast warily to the pair in the distance one orb attempting to keep track on the beast, as she tested the room for her next decision.
