Easy to call for resignations after you have retired. It would be interesting who of these Generals and Admirals fell on their own swords over decisions and operations they disagreed with. This is not to say the "retrograde" (notice this new term for retreat) was not fraught with mistakes and casualties which might have been avoided if the time line and planning were not so hurried by a President hell bent on meeting his deadline (politically inspired?) in spite of some advice. As Ham would say...Phooey!
