KCPT signal problems

Is KCPT recieved by anyone with an antenna? I know that they are having major problems with their equipment now. I ask because I have seen Cox cable TV in Topeka has no signal for KCPT in Shawnee County. So, I am wondering just how broken KCPT is at this time.
