Commercial No-No Cast Aside?

One thing I was told on radio and TV was NOT to play competing-product ads back-to-back.

However - - -

I read somewhere that we were going to have a "pizza war," with brands competing like crazy. Now, on television, I see Papa John's and Caesar's ads back-to-back, all day long.

I guess another commandment has been trashed.
