I never went, rarely watched it. I've produced events like that, what a hassle working in the middle of big crowds. At least the Plaza thing's cold so no one will misbehave.
I've had nightmares that some jackoff from across the street might approach a laid cable with a pair of large wirecutters just to make mischief. (grin) Replies: There have been no replies.
