Perhaps I'm an optimist, but I think healthy local/regional supermodified associations are important to the health of the sport. Oswego and MSS are good examples of this. Most Oswego/MSS competitors do not run a full ISMA schedule, but they often run ISMA events in their region...this is good for ISMA and supermodified racing in general. My hope is that we will continue to see NEBSMS competitors like Wood, Seitz and McKennedy run ISMA events in New England.
