My son Jack tells me that the people in Little Rock, when the weather "guesser" inform them a rare snow storm is coming,
Eve\ything stops, they all go to the groceries and stock up for a couple of weeks, and plan on hunkering down, as Little Rck cannot handle a snow so everyone waits for the snow to melt as it does. NO one goes outside in a car as they dont know how to drive in slick roads, Tow truck and car repair in Little Rock love a snow.
