Interstate 95 in N VA

VA Govt was incompetent, there is a parallell route from Fredericksburg to Aexandria VA along I 95, it is called The Jefferson Davis highway, US (maybe VA) Rte 40 I think , they could have cleared it for bypas traffic for those who thoughth they could beat ole Father FROST. The Jeff Davis Highway goes from Richmond to Alexandria VA burb of DC The name is being attacked to change by those who want to forget him and history of our Nation.
