Have I ever seen you write something interesting about radio? Course that assumes there's something interesting going on in corporate radio, which there ISN'T.
Me thinks you protest too much. Fact is, radio has been dumbed down to the point now that theres no demand for a 'radio board' unless its filled with computer programmers. Even the Natnl Weather Service can broadcast written to voice, albeit very robotic. But it's government and not the govt's sacred cow, the DOD. Actually lots of companies have software so ya cant tell if its lvie or Memorex.
One day, radio will tire of paying for you and your bad attitude and overpriced health care, and just automate you too.
Ya know most people in radio now are just computer operators and we who do computer programming are tasked to write software to replace you, like we did file clerks and switchboard operators.
I asked the other day who the funnymen were on the radio, and I learned there aren't any; so much for a radio board! Replies:
