Dunno if they do or not Father Goose, but darwin would probably say if their GPS system wasn't very good nor their sense of WHEN to move to a northern climate and so they froze to death, then thats just the law of natural selection, the weak and disoriented wont be having any offspring who'll grow to do the same t hing.
Then again, if man was responsible for global change maybe its man or some other event that killed them off. Maybe mother nature decided dinosaurs were just too big and were destroying the balance and so it was time for a big meteor to hit the Earth and kill em all off and let animal life start over.
The only ones who would complain were the ones who became involuntarily extinct. We might be next, given we haven't been very good guardians of our planet and its living resources. Seems to me the line of extinct animals is long and in due time, no one even remembers them, after they turn into oil molecules a thousand feet under the surface!
