Something aboit the " carrot and stick " leadership bothers me. does that instill leadership training, and self discipline and the Marine Colonel issuing it as an a enticement contrary to good order and discipline and leadership. I can't believe that ordr came out for solving the problem of non- compliance to COVID VAX needs.
