And the cold lonely air. On the rock restless seas. Despite the awkward and stiff start, there was comfort in watching the tense facade fade away. Tavas melted into him, reveling in the familiar feeling of his warm embrace. She felt her knees go weak, and then her ankles, her thin legs trembling as she leaned into his two-toned side. The golden mare breathed him in, her nostrils flaring as she felt dizzy almost by the rush of dopamine coursing through her veins. She had missed this, more than Solomon will ever realize. His words bring a second wave of sweet relief. The stallion was more understanding than she deserved. He was more intuitive and kind than her mother had certainly ever given him credit for. The sensation of his touch made words of great admiration and lust fill her mouth, but she painstakingly kept them locked behind tight lips. Now did not seem like the time to unravel further. Not yet, at least. In the least, she wanted to thank him for giving her the space she needed, time and time again. But instead she just looked up into his soft face, her gold-flecked eyes awash in a sheen of salty tears. When he stepped away, Tavas felt a shiver run down the length of her spine, a cold setting in as his warmth began to dissipate. Naturally, she wanted more. "I will come find you." She offered shakily, followed by a short-lived smile. One yellow ear flicked forward and then the other at his last request. "I'll do my best." She said playfully.
