Joining
Welcome to The Lost Islands! Before joining, please ensure that you have read the general section on our rules page; all other sections can be consulted as needed. Please also make sure that your character's name is available by checking the Members and Reserved Names pages.
Please also be sure that your character's height and color conform to breed standards. All horses must be between 13 and 18 hands tall, but a maximum of 2 inches above or below the breed standard is permitted for natural variation. Please be as specific as possible regarding your character's color so that we can list it accurately on the members page (e.g. specifying base colors for gray horses; specifying a particular pinto pattern; etc). However, you do not need to have any particular knowledge of color genetics; the mods will help you with this if needed.
Please include the following information in your joining post:
- Member Name
- Character Name
- Gender
- Breed
- Color
- Height
- Age
- Lineage (if born on TLI)
If you are a new member, please also include the following:
- Member Contact (e.g. email or discord name)
- Sample Post (old work is accepted)
- How you found out about us (e.g. an ad, referral from another player, etc.)

Luckily it was just the two and not one large tyke or Rosa would have blamed Het for the size. As it was she turned away to see Het Vuur standing not that far away, the happy whinny of Saskia made her ear twitch slightly but her eyes didn't leave the large black stallion. Yep, it was all his fault she thought with a slight nod of her head. Brunhilde giggled as her sister nearly fell giving a little buck, she whinnied in response and let her head fly up a few times before she looked over at their mother who seemed to be watching something in the distance, her tiny brows furrowed but soon the lipping of her sister against her ear made her giggle and duck her head bumping her twin's chest a tad bit roughly before bouncing off in another directions all together and nickering for a game of tag or chase, she wanted to run to feel the crisp cold wind against her still slightly damp sides. Rosa gave a soft huff when Het finally reached them and a quick roll of her eyes as she looked him over, though she knew it to be a joke she half expected him to be astonished or something it wasn't like every mare out there had a set of twins right? it was her first time any way "only the best for you Het, but it does take two to tango" she said with a wink as she moved over to his side, she must be some sort of split personality for she had her rare moments of closeness and then she would just need her space. She just couldn't wait till her nephew brought her sister here, that had been more excited for her visit than the birth of her child, well... children. "The taller one is Saskia and the shorter one is Brunhilde, I think.... their to similar to my eyes" she said closing one as if like Het she thought she could bring them into focus better.
