Hi,

Just off the top of my head, there is one well-written story that is part of an Emily Lives AU series by skuls that specifically has a chapter taking place in Tithonus. The story is “the unspeakable fear of things”, found here: https://archiveofourown.org/works/7627966?view_full_work=true. From Chapter 4: “Emily's been reluctant to leave her side through this entire ordeal, calls her Mommy now. (Scully wants to cry every time she hears it.) At some point during the visit, Emily kicked off her shoes and climbed up beside her on the bed, curling against her side while attempting to avoid her stomach. The nurse who came by disapproved, but Scully doesn't mind - the pain has gone down gradually over the past week, and besides, how could she possibly be in pain, with the warm weight of her daughter against her? The past week has been hell on her daughter, that much has been clear in the four days she's been conscious.”

Whether this is it or not, if you like Emily AUs, DEFINiTELY read Skul's multiple Emily Lives AU stories. Additionally, these 4 authors have written EXCELLENT Emily fic.
