Got a call from Petes daughter today: Lt COL Pete Yadlowsky USMC(Ret) 20th CO. died from an infection recently. just had his 92nd birthday in past July. Pete was an old Friend and we went back to NAPS as usmc ems in 1949. WE talked quite a lot in the last few years. and, Just a couple weeks ago. He was ok then,
living in JAX NC with kids nearby, using mobile wheel chair vision probs.(Macular Degeneration) and alert & sharp & alert. He recommended a book to read ( he used audio books) "risk It ALL " by Adm Stradavuis(sp) . Pete was a super great human being. Wife Sally predeceased him. Replies: There have been no replies.
