The Dune queen had been expecting him. Truthfully, she expected Tyr to appear a lot sooner than now. Had he, perhaps her neatly placed web might not have wrapped the painted Rehoboam so firmly into place. However he had taken his time and thus, when finally his strong call does ring out over the seas of sand, Nyimara is ready for it. A Cheshire grin slides across her ash dusted lips as the heavily pregnant mare lifts her head from the stand of buffalo grass that she had been lazily grazing upon. Dark ears prick forward amid the tumble of her curling pale hair as dark eyes rise to the crest of the Dunes. The beast growled its anticipation as Nyimara lifts her proud head and echoes her own response to the rising zephyrs. Pregnancy has slowed her pace and the last thing she wanted was for the damned Lagoon chump to think he could wander through the Dunes unmolested.

Mahogany neck arches as swollen legs set a quick, waddling pace. Muscles contort as she pushes herself up the slope of sand to where Tyr's blocky form stood a few yards away, silhouetted by the bright noonday sun. "Tyr..." she purrs breathlessly as she tops the rise a few paces away from the green eyed creature. A malicious grin spreads across her lips as she glances him up and down with an incredulous snort. "So good to see you're not crab bait by now. You have been silent for soooo long." she teases, flicking her unusually long tail back and forth with slow-purposeful strokes. A single brow raises suspiciously. "I doubt this is a social call so get to the point." she murmurs, fighting off the growl of hatred that lingers in her throat. "What do you want bachelor?" she asks, studying the grim set of his lips with a carefully placed mask of indifference.
