Bill, speaking of running, my youngest son Craig, has been running since collage. He is now 58 and lives in TN. He just ran a race consisting of swimming 1.5 mile, bicycling 50 mile or thereabouts, and finishing with à run of about 20 Miles. Unfirtunately he crashed on the bicycle portio and has had to cut back while he mends. Replies:
