When was the last time we went through this World Cup Soccer BS? 1990? Why would we do it again???
The last time we did this, there was immense promotion. “The United States will be won over by the World Cup Championship,” soccer fans told us. “Baseball and football are finished.”
Many of us, myself included, gave American soccer a chance; we viewed it.
What did we get? Three hours of double-overtime boredom before either team even scored!!!
