Welcome to The Lost Islands! Before joining, please ensure that you have read the general section on our rules page; all other sections can be consulted as needed. Please also make sure that your character's name is available by checking the Members and Reserved Names pages.

Please also be sure that your character's height and color conform to breed standards. All horses must be between 13 and 18 hands tall, but a maximum of 2 inches above or below the breed standard is permitted for natural variation. Please be as specific as possible regarding your character's color so that we can list it accurately on the members page (e.g. specifying base colors for gray horses; specifying a particular pinto pattern; etc). However, you do not need to have any particular knowledge of color genetics; the mods will help you with this if needed.

Although the stallion moves almost silently through the foliage, stealth is hardly his forte with the startling juxtaposition of his two-toned coat. He is black as a moonless sky, so glossy he appears nearly wet, with dapples like distant galaxies giving testimony to his virility and health. His eyes are a glacial shade of blue, outlined in thick black to match his lips and nostrils. With one white ear and one black ear, the rest of his face is white, as is his forelock which terminates beyond the end of his muzzle. His long mane falls nearly to his elbows and his tail brushes the ground whenever it is not held elevated above his muscular hindquarters, cascading like a keratin waterfall. Feathering runs down the backs of his cannons and covers his coronet bands, light and silky enough not to complicate moving through underbrush. He is a respectable but not intimidating height, with a snaky, grandly arched neck that bares the crest of a mature stallion yet somehow remains lithesome and proportionate. A slight roman nose reveals his Iberian heritage. His hooves and bone structure are solid without being course. Muscle ripples over nearly every inch of his finely tuned body, and faded scars betray the battles he has won. He carries himself with a graceful athleticism, moving with a surprising lightness and near-soundlessness.
