Re(5): Broken NEWS - Scripps Broadcasting planing layoffs.

He didn't work in radio... he just like to chase ME around til one of us kicks da bucket! Radio wannabees always have attitudes abt their career choices or bad memories and they take it out on others.

Me, I just wanted to be helpful to ya.Getting new skills can be fun and add an element of security so if some corporate jackass ruins your fun at work, you can start over and anew without packing up and changing markets.

Thats when ya hve to decide whether to start over with something new, or disrupt the lives of your family by changing markets wherever you can go.

PR jobs are VERY slim for guys because we tend to have higher salary requirements. Besides PR's usually chick work because they do a lot of event hosting and companies want em cheap and good looking.

BTW KNow that unless you're entering a CHYRON, script spelling doesn't have to be perfect if you're in news. Dunno Scripp's mix of newspaper and broadcast properties. They're different skill requirements, I presume.
