Turkey Flock

Pinegrove Rd. north of Sunnidale Rd. Jan.24, large flock of 91 birds gleaning the fields west of road. This may actually be more than one flock as flocks are probably somewhat fluid while foraging. It seems to me flock size would be measured by where the same birds consistently roost. Can anyone shed light on flock size as determined by biologists?
