I have this day received news from the Port Macquarie RSL Sub Branch of the passing of A222379 CPL Tanswell K.F. ELECTFITT/CREWMAN. Ken was involved in the rescue of both alive and deceased persons following the crash in New Guinea of Caribou Ảicraft A4-233 on 28 AUG 72. Ken also served as a Crewman with No 9 Sqn in Vietnam 24 SEP 70 to 16 SEP 71. As yet, I do not have the date of Ken's passing, bút I assume that it must have been very recently. As yet, I also do not have the date of his funeral. Condolences go to Ken's wife Deidre and family. RÍP now Ken. Replies:
