Wrong -ohhhhh. Daytona is still open for all activities except for racing. Orange city came to because a group called debary downs applied for a permit seeing that 1 of daytonas volusia permits had gone dormant. In order to block debary down from being approved and opening the license had to be reactivated by live performances and used on a facility, bingo. There you have orange city which operated WHILE daytona had live racing. The dates for the license were covered at daytona when we ran over 400 cards a year.
