Owners are in it for the power and the money anybody whose been here since the Athletics know that welll or they just weren't paying attention.
When owners open their mouths, its a money raising stunt. ThHey live to extort benefits from local officials and the media. The media does it because they must suck up to newsmakers and that means cops deepthroated politicians and sports teams who won't let their players give talking head unless the media's obsequious enough to praise them every night at 6:15.
Stories about moving the teams are just suckering the media into making everyone fearful of losing their teams. Fact is Kansas Citians are well trained to be among the best fans for a cowtown of our size. Replies: There have been no replies.
