Sorozabal brothers are both in the semi-finals, pretty remarkable for these young players. They will face off against each other in one of the semi-finals. So 6 from Hegoalde (Spain) and 2 from Iparralde [France]).
The San Sebastián Grand Slam of punta basket, the first stop on the Jai Alai World Tour circuit, already knows the semifinal matches after the dispute this Saturday of the third day of the group at the Carmelo Balda fronton. Erik and Lekerika finished first in their group after beating Olharan and Basque (2-0). The French Basques were forced to win to maintain any chance and they have put up a fight, but the one from Mutriku and the one from Gernika have known how to control the situation. In the first game they have prevailed by authority (15-8) and the second, although they have been squeezed, they have taken it by the minimum (15-14).
