Stated on CH9 News that the entire C-130 fleet will remain located at Richmond. Such a small base to have 40 Hercs operate out of and to be maintained at, not to mention the additional crews and maintenance personnel needed. The current fleet of Js is approaching 30 years, and therefore getting close to being phased-out. Replies:
