How about an Inverse King of the Hill? I've done it with a few friends in years past and will warn you it is something best done via EXCEL.

We each have to pick the 4 teams each game we feel will score the fewest points. Each day, the 3 entries with the most points are knocked out, until we get to a final 4 alive. When you get it down to 4 entries alive, they pair off like a NCAA Final Four.

Like golf, in pairs, lowest score moves on.
