If the ignorant fuckers who owned the vehicle that was stolen at QT#1 had turned off the engine and pocketed the ignition key, ALL of this bullshit could have been avoided.
No stolen vehicle, no chase from QT#1 to QT#2, no shoot-out, no Fairway cop shot dead.
