Don't dare blame the corporatists... who are shutting down retail stores because of workers demanding health care, decent wages, and the incredible amount of shrinkage today because Republicans won't raise the minimum wage so people steal instead of buying those overpriced Chinese clothes?
Macy's is NEVER crowded except for the few still open across the country on black Friday WEEK. But youll never see a day when at least one UPS truck or a USPO large pkg delivery goes by your house!
Stead of bitching about liberals, get the media to do stories on how retail stores are collapsing and so there are fewer jobs for unskilled workers who refold and hang clothes in stores!
I expect there are vastly more business failures by people spending their life savings, are undercapitalized, don't have mass buying power, and can't aford mainstreet rents where there's no parking so nobody goes to their new stories.
Malls are changing tenants as often as customers change their underwear. Covid changed the way Americans shop and it won't be going back for $10 an hour workers to DRIVE an expensive car w higher priced gas and highest rate insurance. This just ain't the 1970s anymore! The Internet is here.
