This is my resurrection (Margarita)

Zurok, the magnificent black Arabian stallion, stood tall and proud, his ebony mane rippling in the gentle breeze. His piercing eyes searched the horizon, hoping to catch a glimpse of Margarita, the mare he held so dear. The weight of the recent loss of the prairie to Zevulun burdened his heart, and he longed for the solace of her presence.

As the sun began to dip below the rolling hills, casting an amber glow upon the vast landscape, Zurok spotted her. Margarita, a vision of grace with a slightly swollen belly that spoke of new life, stood in the distance. Time seemed to stand still as he made his way towards the divided land, his steps filled with both hope and trepidation.

Drawing closer, Zurok paused, taking a moment to soak in the sight of the mare he loved. He marveled at the miracle growing within her, their future heir. His heart swelled with a mix of anticipation and anxiety, as he knew that one day their foal would carry on their legacy.

With a gentle nudge from his powerful snout, Zurok approached Margarita. He searched her eyes, seeking forgiveness for his failure. "My dear Margarita," he began, his voice a soft murmur carried by the wind. "I hope you are not angry with me. I was outmatched by Zevulun." A flicker of pain crossed his eyes as the memory of their loss flashed before him.

"But, my love," Zurok continued, his voice filled with determination, "I promise you this: I will reclaim the land. I will gather strength and strategy until that day comes." His words were solemn, interlaced with a fiery resolve to restore their rightful place.

Zurok lowered his head, his velvet lips reaching out brushing against Margarita's neck, seeking solace and reassurance. "Right now, all I ask is for a safe haven for our foal to be born. Zevulun, surprisingly, has agreed to let us stay with him. He did not take our small herd members, and most importantly, he did not take you away from me," he whispered, relief evident in his voice.

A tear welled up in Zurok's eye, a testament to the overwhelming fear he had experienced at the thought of losing Margarita. "I cannot bear the idea of ever losing you," he confessed, his voice trembling. "You are my everything, my partner, my soulmate. Your presence fills my heart with joy and purpose."

Zurok took a step closer, his warmth enveloping Margarita as he gently nuzzled her swollen belly. "Our foal will be born into a world filled with love. And one day, my love, we shall reclaim what is rightfully ours. For now, let us find solace in knowing that our family will be protected and cared for," he reassured her.

As the colors of the twilight sky merged into a velvety darkness, Zurok stood with Margarita, patiently waiting for her response.
