I open at the close

Romaro found his inquisitive eyes fixated on Asphara, an elegant mare. Silence hung in the air, interrupted only by the gentle rustle of the grass beneath their hooves.

Asphara seemed to exude a certain air of intrigue that captivated Romaro's attention. He could not help but be drawn to her graceful presence. With a calm and steady demeanor, Romaro decided to break the silence and share a glimpse into his own journey.

"A pleasure to meet you, Asphara," he began, his voice a soft murmuring breeze. "My travels have taken me through wide expanses and untrodden paths, but somehow they have led me to this serene meadow."

Romaro tilted his head, looking directly into her eyes as he continued to speak. "I hold the sub-lead role of the Shore, a place defined by the ebb and flow of the tides along sandy shores. It is the place I call home, and I wish to extend an invitation to you. I do not expect you to stay or join my herd unless you wish to do so."

A gentle pause followed his words as Romaro patiently awaited her response. The meadow seemed to breathe with anticipation as their gazes met. Romaro savored the quietude, the only sound being the rhythmic chewing of the grass as they grazed side by side.

The weight of Romaro's invitation hung in the air, and he couldn't help but wonder if Asphara would accept. With each passing second, his hope grew, intertwining with a sense of vulnerability. The tranquility of the meadow mirrored the serenity within his heart. Romaro's heart skipped a beat, his senses attuned to any hint of her response.
