SUING IN KANSAS CITY

Gray’s KCTV (Kansas City) announced that they were rebranding the weather department as “First Warn Weather.”
The station sent out a press release and a picture of the KCTV Mets.
But missing from the picture was Erin Little. Little was named the Chief Met at the station and is still listed on the KCTV’s website.
But Little hasn’t been on the air in ages and is suing the company, claiming she was discriminated against because of her age and gender and then retaliated against.
She is accusing the company of gender discrimination, retaliation, age discrimination, and violating the Family and Medical Leave Act.
Little contends that the problems started when Gray hired Andrew Stewart as general manager and Kate Glover was appointed news director.
Both of those managers are now gone.
Insiders believe that Gray will settle this case with Little due to the fact that both managers are now gone from the station.
Despite Little still being listed on the station’s website, you can bet the house you will not see her on the air again.
