Re(1): Lopez In The Semi Final

Hi Alq. Here is what one commenter said regarding the Jai Alai News Facebook match article (the article itself simply said that Basque outplayed Lopez in that semi-final.

I had a great time but... To comment on something:

The Durango pediment has two serious structural defects, one repairable and one not, or very complicated and expensive. I see the one in the upper stands, from where the width cannot be seen (you can barely see half a meter), and I see it as unsolvable and a failure that borders on negligence. Didn't they notice when they made the upper tiers? Is incredible. The fan could perfectly well file a claim, and that is that there is no right to pay a ticket and have a part of the game stolen from you. In a couple of points we didn't see the play. We couldn't see the magnificent rest and both two walls in Johan's network on one side and two walls from Erkiaga.
Regrettable. In the upstairs stands, where we were, many of the seats have limited visibility, meaning they had to be defined as such and cost less money than those with normal visibility, as happens in theaters.

And the other major defect of the remodeled Durango pediment is the poor polishing of the walls. The balls, when they touch the left wall and bounce, go with a certain frequency where they want, pure chance, making it very difficult for the ball player to position himself to score the ball. Everyone noticed, of course the pelotaris did. The expressions on their faces made it clear. It is one thing to have a pair of koxkas, as many frontons have them, and another is what we saw at our premiere in Durango.

Finally, in my opinion there were balls that were too lively and buttoned in the basket, especially in the second game (the Lopez game). It seems that the mayor wanted to level the contest a little. Which is not necessarily bad either, but... it becomes very important, essential, in a fronton as small as the one in Durango. And the veterans didn't have time to get on the ball. I have never seen Lopez so flawed and Goiko so out of place.

On the positive side, I would say that for me the best part of the show was Basque's great game and the confirmation that Johan is called to be the new great figure in the basket. Greetings to all.
