She listened to him like he had her, another thing that Voyager was thankful for. He did not like when others did not give him what he gave them. His tried his best to be easy going, but sometimes he could get riled up when others lacked common decency and the urge to even be civil. He measured himself by how he treated others and so far, he was doing the best he could with being in new waters. He had never done this before and it faintly showed, but the stallion did all he could to be what he was supposed to be,
Seeing her turn to the land he was eyeing, Voyager held back a faint grin. She seemed alright with the idea and it had him faintly giddy. He would have someone with him in the forest that would be a part of his herd… someone that he could take care of as best as possible and keep from getting injured as best as possible. He might be unsure of exactly what to do, but the strong will to protect and take care of others was running hot in his blood. He believed everyone deserved chances and second chances. He just hoped people would take a chance on him and he would do his best to make sure they didn't regret it. Hopefully, Bacardi would never have to see him as a chance taken with the wrong horse.
Listening to her words, Viyager flicked and ear towards her before his amber gaze and gave a faint nod. “I won't be holding anyone captive, but I wish for everyone that comes into my care that they take care of themselves. Not all horses are good and with me being fresh as a sub lead, I am one that is still learning.” Honesty with someone was his best way to show that he would not lie and sugar coat things. “With winter coming, I do hope that you won't roam far and get lost, but I'm never going to force you to stay in my grasp if you wish to leave it.”
