Thunder boomed out over the ocean, its roaring song causing the blue roan mare to look back out over the salty water with a smile curling her lips. Her gaze was locked on the sky as dark clouds rolled their direction, the anger of mother nature somehow making Rim excited. Her lips opened to finally let out the first sound in months, a cry for the storm to come her way. She wanted the pouring rain, lightning, and thunder to make her fur prickle while dripping in freshwater. The ocean's salt tended to burry into her fur with how often she played around in the liquid, but after a while her skin would dry out and she would have to work on taking care of her salt matted fur.
Pacific Rim did not hear Fell come her way until his presence caught the corner of her eye. Turning to face the stallion, she smiled faintly as her tail billowed out behind her. The snort he let out had her giving a faint horse-like chuckle as long strands of her mane moved against her neck and her forelock blew back from her face, showing off the full white baldness of her face. She was a bold colored horse, but her mind was more thought out, sturdy, and always thinking of better ways to improve herself for that of her band stallion. Shaking her head faintly, she watched him move to touch her cheek and she leaned into his touch as her gaze went back to the storm.
Fell never made her speak, which the mare was thankful for. Her voice was rough, almost like she was a smoker. She hated how she did not sound feminine and preferred to keep her voice to herself. She feared that if Fell heard her voice, he would startle and leave. It was an absurd fear, but it was there nonetheless as she looked to the clouds that were faintly coming her way. Huffing a breath though, Pacific Rim sent a look to the black stallion that hopefully portrayed just how thankful she was to have a place to call home.
