I remember when the Dania players drove to Ocala. I have watched enough videos of first amendment auditors to know that the police did not have the authority to legally tell everyone to leave the side of the road. Ocala Jai Alai may own the property but if there are any utility poles then there is an easement that is public access and people can't be trespassed from there. The abundance of videos on this subject is relatively new so it's understandable that no one knew about it back then.

I wonder what was the outcome of Sebio 14's lawsuit.
