FTVLIve’s email inbox blew up after Broadcasting and Cable named “Broadcaster of the Year.”
Here is a quick sample of just of the emails that came flooding in.
“Is this a joke?!”
“Has B&C not been paying attention?”
“What the Fuck!”
“How much did he have to pay for this crap?”
So, who did B&C pick?
The bottom line, with the TV industry so consolidated, it’s not like there is a long list to choose from.
The other part of this is many of these media reporting outlets rely on ad dollars and when they suck up to a certain person or company, that company often spends more money.
FTVLive doesn’t play those games and we call it as we see it, if it pisses someone off, so be it.
I have no clue how any media reporting outlet can name a CEO, that has put so many people out of a job in 2023, the “Broadcaster of the Year," but then again, they can do whatever they want in their sandbox.
In the meantime, FTVLive will continue to give you the real news and not worry about sucking up to anyone.
