The stallion mentions one of his mares, Wintersweet, was the one who alerted their band to the dangers of the weather. The mare must be pretty in tune with the changes if the elements. Nico is curious, but he also knows this was not the place to learn more. No sense in making these horses more uncomfortable than they already were. Forced to take shelter in someone else's land because of the universe.

It interests Nico further how worried the male looks at his questions. There was something off about him, but he couldn't place it. Not that he felt threatened by the stallion in any way, but Nico felt like there was more to the story. Something that made this stallion different than the rest of them. The calico stallion listens as the bay roan begins to explain how they ended up here and what they were looking for. They were wanders just passing through when the ice storm hit.

But they were, ultimately, searching for a home for their family. They were not natives to Tunivel and Nico wonders if they were even newcomers to these islands. Or, at least, he was. Nico shifts his weight as the stallion's next request shocks him. Knowing his sister she would be delighted to have a new stallion around, but he wouldn't tell them why. His sister was quite embarrassing. "I'll ask her, but I'm sure she will be okay with that. Question though, why the Inlet? You cant really see the place right now, but why pick here? There is so many other islands to chose from. Some that get no ice." He chuckles.

"It can be a very beautiful land though. The winters are harsh and long, but the beauty of Tinuvel makes it all worth it. For me anyway." He looks between the mare's and then back to the stallion "So if you think yourself and your mates can survive winters like this every year then yes. I will ask my sister if you all can stay and I can almost garuentee she will say yes. Plus, when I take over you can stay under my rule too." He watches them curious of the answer. Tinuvel was not always in ice like this, but they would need to be ready for these kinds of problems here.
