He looks at WIBW Radar, and whatever's about to hit T-Town, he puts in his forecast. Its not rocket science. It's not science at all,actually. Anybody can forecast the next day just by widening out the radar and see which way the western and northern storms are blowin. Just hit ANIMATE and draw the line. Aint technology grand?
