I'm headed straight for the castle; (FELL)

NYIMARA
I'm headed straight for the castle;

The crunch of frozen ground breaks through the silence that marks her path. Vapor rises like smoke from the nostrils of a sleeping dragon as the witch makes her way beyond the borders of the Bay without so much as a flinch of her shoulders. Fell would not still be such a formidable herd stallion if he was not already aware of her presence and quite frankly, that is exactly who she was searching for. The quicker Nyimara can move on to her next target, the Inlet.

Nyimara knows her time in the Cove is short. Despite the deal she brokered with Solomon, the white-haired witch is far from finished with the ice king. Kara’s words had awakened the witch from her seething slumber and reignited the flaming embers with vision. She had single-handedly dismantled the painted stallion’s dynasty with one swipe and by the gods, she would try to keep it that way.

A Cheshire grin teases the corners of her darkened lips as her dark eyes scan the snow-dusted landscape before her. The ink black of Fell’s hide is easy to pick out against the stark contrast of white and gray woodlands. For once, he cannot blend in and disappear among the shadows.

A rumbling whicker echoes from her lungs as she quickens her gait, suddenly far too eager to lay her plan before his saucer-wide hooves. ”Brother… so good to see you again.” she purrs, coming to a halt at his side. Velvet muzzle reaches for his shoulder as she places the lightest of touches against his thick, battle-scarred hide. A revolting thought in previous years but common enemies have a way of forcing one's claws.

Pale lashes blink away the slow-falling flurries of snow as she retracts her muzzle. ”I have kept myself busy. The Cove is mine for now….” her words drift for a moment as she lifts her head proudly, ”BUT.. I have agreed to return it to Solomon under the condition that he spend the last few seasons in the Desert to… contemplate his life’s choices.” she adds, chuckling darkly at her choice of words. Her tail whisks against her chocolate sides with an audible snap, ”I have also taken his heir and if you are willing, I will keep his throne from ever returning to his thorny head.” This was where Fell came into the mix.

Dark eyes harden with conviction as she gazes into his own. ”I intend to keep Solomon’s kingdom dismantled by forcing the hands of the other Tinuvel herds. I am quite certain Mariael can be… convinced to comply and the Inlet as well. With you on the throne, Solomon will have no other choice BUT to bend the knee to you. Rougaru’s son.” The Cheshire smile returns, widening once more as the proud mare continues. ”Poetic justice is it not?”
