Any chance you can mention the behind the seen people responsible for keeping the jai-alai operation moving along? Who are the cestero’s repairing the cestas. Where are the players getting their cestas from these days? Is Sorozabel (Milford Jai-alai) suppling cesta’s? How much are the cestas? Do players get a cesta stipend?
Who are the ball makers, the laundry person, locker room cleaners etc.?
Why can’t the Magic City players play when they are off from MC?
Do the players get health insurance for the few months they are here? Is there workers comp in Florida?
Do the players get housing assistance while they are here? Probably hard to find a three-month lease.
What about transportation to and from the fronton for three months?
Do the players pay union dues for the three months?
