Letting the air fall silent, Lucine looks about them in slight wonder. This place would now be her home and she had been given a lot of luck to find a stallion like this one. Yeah they haven't spent a lot of time getting to know one another yet, but she had a feeling that time would come and she was excited to have days where they could just relax and learn about each other. It would take time and with their foal on the way, they would not have all the time in the world ahead of them for a little while with a little one to care for some spring.
Perking her ears, the sun kissed mare let her soft eyes flick to Nicodemus again as he spoke about their home and what was coming. Hearing about the deal, the mare tilted her head for a moment before faintly shrugging and looking to the ocean behind her. “At least a good deal was made. Hopefully she sticks to it.” Lucine did not wish to sound like a grump, but not everyone kept their promises. She really did hope for Nicodemus’s sake that this Parvati kept the deal and would fulfill it. Hurting family just because you could was the lowest of the low in her mind.
“Care to explore with me a bit?” Lucine gave him a small smile, her eyes faintly twinkling as she walked ahead of him and gave a faint flick of her tail towards his chest, not sure if she would make the contact or not as her legs plowed over the cold ground farther into the territory. She smelt of Nicodemus so hopefully no one would come and rip into her fur for wandering her new home.
