I'm headed straight for the castle;

NYIMARA
I'm headed straight for the castle;

The new Mariael had brought with her about some of the Cove residents led Nyimara to set out shortly after dawn the morning after the pale mare returned home. She had not expected Solomon to take such careful measures to ensure his herd found safe refuge on Tinuvel while he suffered in his self-made prison. The silver-haired woman HAD hoped that his troubles would cause the painted stallion’s kingdom to crumble from within, apparently, she would need to take matters into her own hands… her own sharp claws.

After a quick visit to Fell, Nyimara set her sights on the Inlet—the last unknown frontier. If Solomon had thought enough ahead to send his herd members to the Arch, surely some must also be hiding out in the Inlet. That, however, is only part of the reason for her visit.

Dark eyes glitter as the fierce woman cast her gaze out over the wooded landscape before her. Small, fluted ears twitch back and forth as she listens to the eerie silence of the autumn hillside. Winter was fast approaching and the dark woman would need to work fast if she had any hope of succeeding in this venture. Regal crown tosses skyward as a commanding call rings from her lips, summoning the monarchs, alerting them to her arrival if they somehow missed her prowling along their borders. With any luck, this would not take nearly as long. Who knows? Perhaps she will get lucky and even the Inlet is left abandoned and ripe for the taking. Wishful thinking but hey, a girl can dream right?
