Time had passed in almost an easy manner. The nightmares that once plagued Voyagers mind were no longer as strong and causing him to panic half way through the night. He was sturdy in his home with Cromer and the forest, his earlier question to Bacardi but never answered by him and Ulla seeming to almost escape his mind all together. As Fall slipped away into Winter, the stallion found himself keeping closer tabs on a Cromer, making sure she was okay in all efforts to make her life easier. Their one night of passion had lead to this morning where he woke up to a soft nudge against his shoulder.
Blinking open amber colored eyes, Voyagers large black frame shifted just enough so he could turn his head over to the colorful mare beside him. She was lovely in all ways and in all honesty, he was super thankful to have her here in his home. It was no longer as burning as it once had been before her arrival and his idea of a family could be started. He wasn't like the rest of the stallions and he was certainly quite content to just have Cromer here with him. Flicking his ears as he let out his own yawn, a chuckle slipped free with the morning greeting.
Watching her rise, Voyager heaves himself onto his hooves and soon enough shakes out his frame after helping her rise to her hooves. “Good morning.” His voice was laced with a sleep filled timbre, but he stood there lazily and let his ears tuck back into his mane as he contemplated more sleep. Their home had not been bothered to much by outsiders and he was confident with winter here that they would not have to worry all to much about others coming into their little slice of paradise. “What would you like to do today?” Came his question, amber eyes showing tiredness even though he was awake… kind of.
