I believe that Bolivar was paired with Felix not at all or very seldom in the daily games at Palm Beach J-A. The reason being that it would create too much of an imbalance.

From that perspective, at Miami when you have a dominant outlier - Goiko - paired with the very best backs, that is a similar huge advantage. If he happens to click better with one than the other, that would skew the total season wins.

It might be revealing to examine the doubles records of Lopez and Irastorza exclusively with maybe the next 3, 4, or 5 fronts. IOW, winning without Goiko. Those would be the games where they are likely to be the dominant force.
