"Let it Ride" is not gonna work out too well in a jai-alai context.
You'd be getting close to the $2.10 payoff on your first or second bet.
OTOH, with a win pool of ~ $100, adding your bet of $100 should get you back only $135-ish, if you win.
Obviously, everyone betting large amounts to win will be slaughtered even if they have a win rate as good as 1 in 3.
If you are hoping this bettor continues, maybe it's a good thing that they lost, because that way they didn't find out about the dirt payout.
Meanwhile, snipers of the WPS pools are thinking, "Bring it on!"
That might even include me since I did snag a $100+ win on post 8 once on one of those 'wrong track' accidents.
